Our priority is to get the products to you as quickly and conveniently as possible.

We now operate a Next Day Service on all orders placed before 12 noon.. Orders placed after 12 noon will be despatched using a 48 hour delivery service.

These are sent with either Royal Mail First Class (98.5% next day service) or by Parcel Force 24, who offer a tracking service through the Fuel website.

All our delivery services operate on working days and exclude weekend & bank holidays.

Parcels sent using our courier require a signature and therefore we ask that you make sure that someone will be in at your selected delivery address during standard delivery hours which are 9am to 3pm weekdays. 

If our couriers try to deliver but cannot acquire a signature then they will leave a calling card and will attempt redelivery the following day.

If you fail to contact the courier, and for some reason the delivery is not made and the parcel returned to us, then there is a standard re-delivery charge of £5. 

In the unlikely event of a parcel going missing using Royal Mail or Parcel Force we will issue a complete replacement order immediately. 

In the unlikely even that the product you have ordered is not in stock, you will be contacted within 24 hours and offered a replacement or a refund.

The main form of contact for both customer service and delivery will be through email, so if you could give an email address you use regularly it would help.

We offer a 14 day money back refund policy for items reported to us (within this time period) that reach you but are damaged or are returned unopened and have not been tampered with. If the goods are damaged in transit then we will offer a complete order replacement or a full refund. If the items are returned as not wanted then a refund (minus shipping costs) will be made.
