5. Returns and Refunds

Fuel carries the same guarantees as all its brands, and therefore if the product does not reach you in a statisfactory condition, then return it to us within 14 days and we can offer a full refund. If at any stage you are unhappy or disappointed with the service you have received from Fuel, we genuinely want to know about it. If there is a problem, we can often find a solution quickly and effectively, and then normally amend the situation for the future.
