How do I log in to my account?
If you are an existing Fuel Sport customer, your account details including your billing and delivery addresses have been imported from our old system. You can log in by using your email address and your Member ID as a password. If your Member ID is only 5 digits, please put a 0 (zero) at the front of it as the system requires a 6 digit password. For example, if your Member ID is 27987 you would enter the password as 027987. Once you have logged in, you can easily change your password to one of your choosing through the easy to use account management screens. If your Member ID does not work as your password, just click on 'Forgot Your Password?' on the log in screen and a new temporary password will be sent to your email address.
If you are new to Fuel Sport, you can create an account with us or check out as a guest if you prefer. To create an account, go to the log in screen and click “Create an Account”. From there you will be prompted to enter your name, email address and a password of your choosing. That’s all there is to it! The advantage of creating an account is that you can then participate in our loyalty program, ‘Fuel Points’. Creating an account will also speed you through the checkout process in the future by allowing you to store your billing and delivery address details as well as your order history.
